MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE
Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
£16,000 per annum
Mon - Fri, 7am - 4pm
To be responsible for the day to day management of a specified portfolio of estates within the Southern region, ensuring that they are maintained and presented to a high standard at all times in conjunction with the services teams.Duties include, attending to minor repairs, general cleaning and window cleaning, car park maintenance, bin rotation and clearance, carpet cleaning, responding positively to complaints. Applicants must have a full, clean UK driving licence, experience of working in a service industry, lone working, use of appropriote tools and equipement within the services provided. Ability to undertake work which may be physically demanding.A company van, tools and uniform will be supplied.
